The March 5, 2019 meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Dillon will conduct a public hearing for consideration of amending Chapter 16 of the Dillon Municipal Code with regards to setting forth procedures for the amendment of development permits. The public hearing shall be held before the Town Council of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed Code amendment. Information may be obtained by contacting the Town of Dillon Planning Department and the Town of Dillon website at www.townofdillon.com.

Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on March 5, 2019.

The February 6, 2019 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon conducted a public hearing for consideration of amending Chapter 16 of the Dillon Municipal Code with regards to setting forth procedures for the amendment of development permits. The public hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed Code amendment. Information may be obtained by contacting the Town of Dillon Planning Department and the Town of Dillon website at www.townofdillon.com.

 The Planning and Zoning Commission voted in favor on Resolution PZ 03-19, Series of 2019 to recommend the Town Council approve the Code amendment.
