The Town of Dillon provides water and sewer services for properties located within the town limits and outside of the town limits by special arrangements. The Town of Dillon does not provide gas, electric, phone, trash or cable services.

Water and sewer charges are billed on a monthly basis. Payments are due the third Friday of each month. Cash and checks made payable to the Town of Dillon are accepted.  The Town accepts credit cards through www.XpressBillPay.com where auto-pay and paperless may also be setup.

2022 Water and Sewer Rates 

EQRs are assessed based on the use and size of the property. One EQR is equivalent to a single family home with up to three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The Town has adopted one EQR schedule for water and sewer taps. For a complete copy of the Town of Dillon EQR schedule, please click here.

2022 Sewer Charge $43.50 per EQR

Water & Sewer Tap Fees

Water Tap Fee $9,008 per EQR
Sewer Tap Fee  $5,807 per EQR

Tap fees are payable prior to the issuance of a building permit.


Joint Sewer Authority (JSA) EQR Schedule

An equivalent residential unit (EQR) is defined as any unit that impacts the sewer collection and/or treatment system the equivalent of a single family residential unit. 

Each billing unit will be assigned a total EQR value based on its use classifications(s). The total EQR multiplied by the appropriate rate established the billing amount.
