Liquor License Info

Liquor Licensing is administered by the Town Clerk's office and involves everything from accepting liquor license applications to processing those applications and holding administrative hearings.

The liquor laws of the State of Colorado restrict the sale and dispensing of alcoholic beverages. Any person intending to manufacture, sell, or deal in beer, wine or spirituous liquor in the State of Colorado must apply for a liquor license.

Applications are available at the Town Clerk's Office. Please call our office at (970) 262-3406 for applications or any questions. Since there are numerous forms to fill out and steps to follow, it is recommended that you set up a meeting to review the comprehensive application packet to assure a smooth application process.
