The Applicant proposes the following through the PUD Development Plan:

  • A five-story mixed use development comprised of residential condominiums, retail, and restaurant space with a total enclosed floor area of 485,225 square feet. 
  • 200 residential units comprised of studio, 1-bedroom + den, 2-bedroom, 2 bedroom + den, and 3 bedroom condominiums units with an average size of 1,097 square feet. 
  • The branded residence developed as conceived will be privately owned condominiums that will be managed for short-term rentals by a "brand" operator, such as a leading hotel company. 
  • Branded Residence Public Plaza

Panera Bread - located at 257 Dillon Ridge Road

The Point at Dillon Ridge Limited is proposing a retail outlet for Panera Bread Bakery Cafe. Located near the union of Interstate 70 and Highway 6, on the west end of The Ridge at Dillon retail subdivision off Dillon Ridge Road. The development is to consist of a single 4,529 s.f. building, drive through window access, and parking for 47 vehicles. The design of the Panera Bread aims to create an inviting building that appropriately responds to its surroundings. 


Uptown 240 - located at 240 Lake Dillon Drive

The Dillon Homewood Suites PUD Development Plan located at 122 Lake Dillon Drive. An extended stay hotel with approximately 117 hotel rooms, swimming pool, rooftop bar, in-hotel limited dining and bar service for hotel guests and associated parking. 


Vail Health - located at N. Dillon Ridge Road

The proposed building consists of a multi-story building with medical offices and clinics and an attached three-level parking structure. The building will include an urgent care center, orthopedic surgery center and 72-hour convalescent beds, physical therapy, physician clinic space and other accessory uses necessary to support the medical clinic operations. Much of the lower level of the medical building and parking structure are embedded and / or buried in the hillside. 

 


 

Urgent Care - located at 956 W. Anemone Trail

The proposed project includes an urgent care and imaging center, three associated workforce housing apartments, and eighteen condominiums. The condominiums are served by a parking garage that is under the condominium portion of the building and set into the hillside.
