The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will hold a public hearing for consideration of extending the approval period of a conditional use permit which allows a residential use on the street level floor of the approved Dillon Gateway Planned Unit Development by one year.  The Dillon Gateway Planned Unit Development is located at 240 Lake Dillon Drive, or more specifically located on Lot 1DEF, Block B, New Town of Dillon subdivision, Dillon, Colorado.

The public hearing shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at a special meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed amendment.  Information may be obtained by contacting the Dillon Planning Department.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on January 3, 2018.
