Ordinance 02-19, Series of 2019. Town Council Review:

The Town Council of the Town of Dillon will hold a public hearing for a Level IV Development Permit Application for a Major PUD Amendment for the Dillon Homewood Suites PUD Development Plan located at 122 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. The Major PUD Amendment application is for dimensional changes associated with revised plans for the previously approved extended stay hotel with approximately 117 hotel rooms, swimming pool, rooftop bar and associated parking. 

 The public hearing shall be held before the Town Council of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed amendment.  Information may be obtained by contacting the Dillon Planning Department.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on February 5, 2019.

Resolution PZ 02-19, Series of 2019. Planning and Zoning Commission Review:

 The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing regarding the consideration of a Major PUD amendment for the Dillon Homewood Suites PUD located at 122 Lake Dillon Drive on the Dillon Homewood subdivision, Lot 1R, Block B, New Town of Dillon Subdivision. The new hotel will contain 117 guest rooms, a pool, a small meeting space, and a roof top bar for the hotel patrons.  Additional information may be found on the Town of Dillon website at:  www.townofdillon.com

 

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon held the Public Hearing at the special meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 9th, 2019 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public were invited to attend and comment on the development application.  Information may be obtained by contacting Ned West at (970) 262-3421.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on January 9, 2019.

The Planning and Zoning Commission voted in favor on Resolution PZ 02-19, Series of 2019 to recommend the Town Council approve the application.
