Ordinance 04-19, Series of 2019. Town Council Review:
The Town Council of the Town of Dillon will hold public hearings for:
- a Level IV Development Permit Application for a Major PUD Amendment and Conditional Use Permit for the Ridge at Dillon PUD Development Plan located at 257 Dillon Ridge Road, Dillon, Colorado. The Major PUD Amendment and Conditional Use Permit applications are for a free-standing Panera Bread quick serve restaurant with a drive-thru on the vacant parcels of the PUD.
- a Class S-3 Subdivision replat of Lots 9R-1 and 10R-1 of The Ridge at Dillon subdivision
The public hearings shall be held before the Town Council of the Town of Dillon during the regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado. Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the proposed major PUD amendment with conditional use and the replat. Information may be obtained by contacting the Dillon Planning Department. Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on April 2, 2019.

The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing regarding the consideration of the Panera PUD development plan and Conditional Use, an amendment to The Ridge at Dillon PUD located at 257 Dillon Ridge Road. The Panera Bread restaurant will have a Drive-in Facility, which requires conditional use review. Additional information may be found on the Town of Dillon website at: www.townofdillon.com
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon held the Public Hearing at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 6th, 2019 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.
