The Town of Dillon has received a Level III Development Application for a Conditional Use Permit for an Accessory Apartment at 313 Tenderfoot Street.  The project includes converting the ground floor of the structure into a legal accessory apartment with a kitchen.  The house in question already has already acquired a permit to remodel the entire structure.
