PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the June 5, 2019 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will conduct public hearings for three Level III and one Level IV Development Applications:

A public hearing for a Level III Development Application for consideration of a Minor PUD Amendment for the Dillon Ridge Marketplace Planned Unit Development to amend the sign criteria for the Dillon Ridge Apartments located at 380, 384, and 388 Dillon Ridge Road, or more specifically on Block 6 of the Dillon Ridge Marketplace PUD, Town of Dillon, Colorado.

  • A public hearing for a Level III Development Application for consideration of a new multi-family development located at 14 Ensign Drive, or more specifically Lot 1, Block 5 Corinthian Hill Subdivision, Town of Dillon, Colorado.
  • A public hearing for a Level III Development Application for a one-year extension to a previously approved Level III Development Permit and Conditional Use Permit for an attached Accessory Apartment at 151 Tenderfoot Street, or more specifically Lot 16, Block L, New Town of Dillon Subdivision, Town of Dillon, Colorado.
  • A public hearing for a Level IV Development Application for consideration of a Class S-3 Subdivision for the elimination of an interior boundary line for the Dillon Pines Townhomes located at 301 W. La Bonte Street and 306 Lodgepole Street, or more specifically Lots 4 and 8, Block D, New Town of Dillon Subdivision, Town of Dillon, Colorado.

The public hearings shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the Development Applications.  Information may be obtained by contacting the Town of Dillon Planning Department and the Town of Dillon website at www.townofdillon.com.

Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on June 5, 2019.
