The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the consideration of a Level III Development application for a second level, 10’ x 10’ residential unit deck at 34 Crown Court, Lookout Ridge Townhomes. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon shall hold the Public Hearing at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6^th, 2018 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the development application.  Information may be obtained by contacting Ned West at (970) 262-3421.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O.
