The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing regarding the consideration of a Level IV Development application on the subdivision of unit 205 into two condominium units, Dillon Tech Center, 114 Village Place, Lot J, Block A, New Town of Dillon Subdivision.  The proposed condominium replat returns the building to the previous condition of two units in the space currently occupied by unit 205. The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon shall hold the Public Hearing at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6th, 2018 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the development application.  Information may be obtained by contacting Ned West at (970) 262-3421.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O.
