The September 5, 2018 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will conduct a public hearing for a Level IV Development Application:

  • A Public Hearing for a Level IV Development Permit Application for a Class S-2 Subdivision of Lot 17R, Ptarmigan Trail Estates, Unit 1, Dillon, Colorado.  The application will subdivide existing Lot 17R into two separate lots, one lot for the Alpine Bank building located at 252 Dillon Ridge Road, and a separate lot for the Alpine Bank Center building located at 256 Dillon Ridge Road.

The public hearings shall be held before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the Development Permit Applications.

Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on September 5, 2018.
