The October 3, 2018 meeting of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon will continue the public hearing for a Level IV Development Application:

  • A Public Hearing for a Level IV Development Application for a Class S-3 Subdivision creating a condominium map for the Alpine Bank Center building located at 256 Dillon Ridge Road, more specifically located on the east end of Lot 17R, Ptarmigan Trail Estates, Unit 1, Dillon, Colorado. The application will subdivide the building into separate residential and commercial condominiums units and common areas.

The public hearing shall be continued before the Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend.
