The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing for a Level III Development Permit Application for a variance associated with the installation of a business area directory sign on Tract A-R of the Red Mountain Plaza Subdivision, Dillon, Colorado. 

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon shall hold the Public Hearing at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the development application.  Information may be obtained by contacting the Dillon Planning Department at (970) 468-2403.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on December 5th, 2018.
