The Town of Dillon Town Council held Public Hearings for Level IV Development Applications for a final plat and a PUD development plan for a Medical Center and its associated parking structure and landscaping.  The U.S. Army Corp of Engineer’s final determination regarding the existing detention pond on Block 14 of the Dillon Ridge Marketplace Subdivision, was also presented as part of the public hearing presentation. The proposed project is located on Blocks 12, 13, and 14 of the Dillon Ridge Marketplace Subdivision, and Tract B of the Lookout Ridge Townhomes Phase I, Dillon, Colorado.  

 The Town Council of the Town of Dillon held the Public Hearings at the regular meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15th, 2019 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public were invited to attend and comment on the development application.  Information was available by contacting the Dillon Planning Department (970) 468-2403.  Written comments could be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on January 15th, 2019.

After the public hearing, the Town Council approved the application.

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon held the Public Hearing at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 5th, 2018 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public were invited to attend and comment on the development application. 

Upon completion of the Public Hearings, the Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend the Town Council approve the Application.
