The Town of Dillon Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing regarding the consideration of a Level IV development application for the resubdivision of Lot 1G and the Alpine Lake Lodge PUD (Formerly Lot 1DEF) into one single lot.  This lot line elimination is a requirement of the Uptown 240 PUD Development Plan.  Additional information may be found on the Town of Dillon website at:  www.townofdillon.com

The Planning and Zoning Commission of the Town of Dillon shall hold the public hearing at the regular meeting at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 6th, 2018 at the Dillon Town Hall, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado.  Members of the public are invited to attend and comment on the development application.  Information may be obtained by contacting Ned West at (970) 262-3421.  Written comments may be submitted to the Town Clerk, Town of Dillon, P.O. Box 8, Dillon, CO 80435 prior to 1:00 p.m. on June 6th, 2018.
