The Planning and Zoning Commission meets the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. at the Dillon Town Hall*, 275 Lake Dillon Drive, Dillon, Colorado 80435. The Planning and Zoning agenda and minutes are posted as they become available.

*Please check the Town Calendar for the most up to date location of meetings.

The Planning and Zoning Commission reviews certain development applications in a public hearing setting, which offers the public a chance to comment on large development projects. These projects include commercial buildings, property rezoning, subdivisions, re-subdivisions of lots, communication towers, permanent signage on buildings and planned unit developments. In addition, some applications also need to be reviewed by the Town Council at an additional public hearing.
